Brief
David Low Consulting Ltd has completed M&E condition surveys across 8 Scottish Health Boards, comprising almost 100 separate buildings. Analysis of the existing sites was done to determine the extent of remedial work and the potential cost of building maintenance.
The Result
This project extended to just over 2,580,000 sq ft in area, with key sites surveyed under this phase including Falkirk Community Hospital, Glasgow Royal Infirmary, Ninewells Hospital, Western Isles Hospital, and Woodend Hospital. Our condition survey gave the Scottish Health Boards the knowledge they needed so that they could plan maintenance and preserve the life of their buildings.
